Most of the large food companies produce graduate careers brochures which illustrate the reange of careers in the industry with case studies. Try Northern Foods, Nestle, Unigate, Unilever, United Biscuits. M&S and the Supermarket chains amongst others.

Some companies have developed their own tailor made recruitment and training packages combining work with distance learning/ sponsored degrees / Modem Apprenticeship schemes.
