Leisure - Films
If there is one site that illustrates the power of the web it's the Internet Movie Database. There's no better movie resource on the Net or elsewhere. Every piece of information on this site is linked to other pieces of information. So you can discover, for example, all the films directed by Steven Soderbergh, while checking out whether he has any writing credits to his name, and who starred in his debut feature, sex, lies and videotape. If you need the tag line for that movie or other relevant quotes; need to find out how the movie was made, or if it is available on DVD, then you can glean it all from IMDb. The website is so good that Amazon.co.uk bought it and made the creater a rich man.
